Lacy, The owner, Is fair, ethical, and honest. She didn't try to tack any type of extra fees or anything else for her own financial gain, which I have unfortunantely experienced before with other UHaul companies/branches. When you talk to her, you will find, most likely, she has a kind, caring personality. She really is the salt of the earth, from my experience with her.
