Lacey in the office was very helpful answering all my questions and showing me the features of the truck before my rental day. I was a little nervous about the online checking but it all went well.
Virginia HThis location is a bit "off the beaten track" but they were very helpful & knowledgeable. As inexperienced trailer haulers ourselves, we appreciated their willingness to back the trailer into a space (perfectly). Great job!
JAMES RGreat pickup experience but The drop location was terrible!! Guy was an ass hole about how busy he was and how he didn’t want this truck back yet, then he charged me $38 when I filled the tank $65 before I brought it back and the gas pump clicked off so I figured it was 100%. FUCK YOU U-HAUL. I will never rent from you again.
