Great dealer location
WILLIAM RIt was confusing where to park the uhaul trucks. It would be good to have instructions where to park the trucks rather than on the street itself.
CHRISTOPHER SUhaul had died with nothing being left on, door would not open, then would not close after we did open with no visible reason why.
Adan MOriginally it was all good. Afterwards I was double charged. CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AT SHINE TOWING LLC. I’ve called 15 times periodically throughout the day on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Have received no phone call back no acknowledgment at all. I was told on Saturday to call back at 10 AM on Monday. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody will return your phone calls. I was not only double charged. I was overcharged the first time.
