I want to make this clear this is on U-haul and not the rental site. The rental site said they were required to do the below to get the contract confirmed by U-haul. I had to fill out a on line checkin, which was really useless. This is because I had to go over all the questions again and according to the rental person I needed 3 contact numbers to rent the vehicle. Really three contact numbers. So by the Time I got there and to when I got the keys was appox. 20 min.
