SCOTT MThe staff who helped check out the equipment was not as helpful as other locations. The equipment was rusted and a field tech was required to assist before we could secure the vehicle.
JUDITH CBe more clear where you go to rent. Also. DO NOT BOOK MOVING HELP TROUGH THE SITE!! You have no recourse if you pay and they don’t show up!! I was left with no help and they would not answer the phone. UHaul said it is not their problem!!
