When we went to pick up the trailer, the dealer website was "down" and there were some serious concerns on whether we would be able to rent and take the trailer. The manager was not in-store, so the employee reached out to the manager and "somehow," the manager successfully caused the rental to happen. We are/were VERY grateful for that effort as we needed the trailer THAT day and time to complete our trip to Pittsburgh, PA.
