First truck, was told had a ‘gallon’ of gas. It was returned to this location empty. Second truck 1/4 tank, filled both trucks for a return. Was not credited back for filling your truck. Reasonably expect to take a truck with a gallon, fill the truck, drive it as it is a rental truck. Then return it with a gallon of fuel? Outstanding business model Uhaul. Honestly, why would this dealer want to continue with your company? Penske, Ryder, Enterprise within 20 minutes. I have rented 18x this year from your partner dealerships. Maybe 20-25x from Penske. Thankfully when you call your dispatch for any form of assistance, it’s routed to a call service, and a whole lot of ‘not my problem’ Do you honestly even care anymore?

Equipment was ready on time, clean, and hooked to my vehicle without issue. Employee was knowledgeable, professional, and processed the transaction in a timely manner. Would definitely rent from this location again.
Paul CWhen we went to pick up the trailer, the dealer website was "down" and there were some serious concerns on whether we would be able to rent and take the trailer. The manager was not in-store, so the employee reached out to the manager and "somehow," the manager successfully caused the rental to happen. We are/were VERY grateful for that effort as we needed the trailer THAT day and time to complete our trip to Pittsburgh, PA.
