How did the end cost become so much higher than expected? Low ad price for rental, gas replaced, ...outrageous final cost.

BASSAM AThe u haul app did not work well making the pickup and dropoff experience difficult. Truck milage at pick was higher than app thought and the gas was lower than the app thought. Luckily I noticed and corrected these, as both would have resulted in me being overcharged. It was also unclear from the reservation process on the app that the 10' truck would not have a ramp, which prevented the truck from doing all I needed it to. Overall bad experience.
