We had opted for no additional insurance and when we went to pick it up, they had changed that and added insurance without our permission. That felt pretty dishonest and frustrating. Otherwise, the experience was OK.

Difficult drop off due to no place to leave the trailer, high traffic area. Staff very helpful but they need a dedicated area for trailers and trucks
ARTHUR SThe staff office was very helpful. The drop off location was not obvious. They said just leave it on the street in front. The staff didn't help me disconnect the trailer from the car. Good thing this was a smaller trailer, I would not have been able to disconnect a larger trailer.
Ronald SThe pick up location didn't realize that we had an early morning reservation, so they weren't ready with the truck yet. However, the owner was very personable and quickly got it ready for us.
