Ruined any possibility I will ever use UHaul as a source for any kind of moving or storage related needs again. Total fail by every UHaul employee I spoke with when I had to call for assistance try to check the vehicle out as well as when trying to return it. Got transferred after being on hold to be put on hold again, had to wait, was not listened to, was insulted, the information provided through the app was incomplete and even incorrect, showing photos of locations of boxes that was absolutely not correct. This was a total fail by UHaul.
Leslie CI would definitely come here again. The customer service was excellent. They also are very knowledgeable of their rentals and would be helpful on whatever you may have concerns.I will be coming back for future rental.
