Gil GI reserved a trailer at uhaul and they called 10 minutes before it was time for me to pick up, to let me know the trailer is 1-2 hours late. They said they would call me when the trailer got there, but they didn't. I called more than 2 hours later and they still didn't have it. They said there was the same trailer close by at another uhaul and that they could transfer it so I said ok. I get to the other uhaul and the 2 people there were rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. The trailer that was offered there was not the trailer I previously reserved and it cost more. The store place was unorganized, picking up the trailer took excessively long due to none of their computers or tablets working. The trailer was dirty before I got it and they kept rudely hounding me about sweeping and parking it properly when I bring it back. I offered some assistance and because they are too old and not strong/healthy enough, they assumed that because they could not do it, so neither could I. The only time they were kind to me was when I dropped off the trailer and the old guy was happy he didn’t have to do anything.
