What a lovely experience. Such great service. As for the vehicle, I had some trouble moving the seat up and the driver's door was difficult to close. You might also have a look at the suspension, as the ride was a little rough. Still, I'm very happy.

Nothing, everything was perfect👌
SHELLY SIt was a rainy stormy day when I rented this truck. I no sooner got on the freeway and the left windshield wiper came off. It was a dangerous nightmare driving the truck 50 miles to my location. I called this to the attention of the person at Uhaul San Rafael and they said that I needed to deal with the location where I rented the vehicle. Poor customer service. Very disappointed and will never rent a uhaul again.
