⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed in my recent U-Haul rental experience. I was charged $210 at pickup, then hit with an unexpected $80 fee at drop-off for allegedly going 72 miles over the allotted mileage — which is absolutely false. I only drove from the pickup location to the drop-off location, nothing more. This feels like a predatory and dishonest practice. I want this resolved and will not be using U-Haul again if this is how customers are treated.
