There was no attendant at the time we were promised. We called the phone number. NO answer. Called again and left a message. Guy finally called back and said he knew of NO reservations and he didn't think he had the trailer we had reserved. He finally showed up and gave us a different trailer. This was very poor customer service.

Closed when I arrived, called Joshua, he was able to take care of everything over the phone. Went very smoothly, I had no problems with the 5x8 trailer I rented, all in all, I would recommend.
