My issue is not with the location, but with Uhaul in general. We reserved a truck to help a family member move. The reservation was for 9am Sunday. The location was closed and there was no one to speak with. No issue. I called Uhaul at 8am to confirm the reservation as it was not showing up in the app. After 45 minutes we were able to access our information. We arrive to pick up the truck and follow the prompts filling out information and taking photos. Then we sit with "Approval Waiting" for 15 minutes, including refreshing. Have to call customer service again. After another 30 and just repeating the same steps, we finally get access. The truck assigned had broken clips allowing the plastic to hang from the front bumper. image was taken. Then we get in the truck and on the road, and the AC would not work. Adjusted settings and tried again, it came on for a few moments, then cut off. This was miserable as we had a 2 hour drive there and back. Then we were charged additionally several days later for "extra milage" however we were not notified in any way possible, just happen to notice the charge when reviewing our account. Absolutely will not use again.

ERNEST CThere was no attendant at the time we were promised. We called the phone number. NO answer. Called again and left a message. Guy finally called back and said he knew of NO reservations and he didn't think he had the trailer we had reserved. He finally showed up and gave us a different trailer. This was very poor customer service.
JAMES KClosed when I arrived, called Joshua, he was able to take care of everything over the phone. Went very smoothly, I had no problems with the 5x8 trailer I rented, all in all, I would recommend.
