Absolutely awful in every way possible. I arrived to pick up the truck I reserved (or so I thought) at 09:30. I walk in and tell the lady my name and show her my reservation receipt to which she knew nothing about. The ole “deer in headlights” look. She then proceeds to call the recent customer to ask when they’re going to return the truck. So now I have taken off work for the day to sit and wait on someone else to do what they’re supposed to do. For some reason no one decided it was important to call me ahead of time and make me aware of this issue. It was finally ready for pick up at 01:00 pm. We arrived to pick up the truck and I stated the only thing I needed was a dolly. Well. I get all the way to the job to see there’s no dolly. I wouldn’t use them ever again for anything at all. Don’t waste your time.
