STEPHANIE DJesse Rivera was extremely friendly and helpful. He took back our Rental Truck when it wasn't even on the contract to return it to him. My contract said to return it to the Sunoco down the street and the gentlemen there were rude and totally unprofessional. They even lied to me that I received a text from U-Haul to return it to Maxx and when I showed them my phone that I never received any texts from U-Haul he walked away. If I was U-Haul I would pull their contract. Totally unacceptable.
EDWARD DI didn’t realize they were closed on Sunday, which is when I had to return the truck it worked out, but my phone was out of juice in the middle of taking pictures of the truck so I couldn’t call Uber. I had to walk home and it was a couple miles Which was fine. I was just tired and upset.
