Having to wait for people to be called cut in to my rental time slot. And with spam calls so rampant, many cell users have unknown calls blocked, meaning the call gets sent to voicemail. And the app didn’t confirm the rental at first, so we began the rental process all over, which wasted more time. But overall it was a satisfactory process.
Jeff GI will not be a returning U-Haul customer for a while after this experience got in the truck had very little gas in it, trucks were parked so close together. It took me five minutes to back the truck out. App stopped working many times while trying to take the pictures.

KIMBERLY MReserved a truck to be picked up at a specific location. U-Haul changed it on me. When I arrived vis uber, I had to self check in and retrieve the truck. I looked in the back for the the moving pads I ordered and they were not there. When I asked the clerk for them she said they don’t do that. She said the truck is delivered by U-Haul and you get what you get. She told me if I wanted pads I would need to go to another U-Haul place and get them. I went to where I had reserved the truck and there sat the exact one I had reserved. The clerk who was excellent tried to add pads to my order but could not because the truck was already rented. She called U-Haul and they informed her I would have to return the truck to where I picked it up and come back to rent the truck from her with the pads. Never again.
