there was an issue with the app and getting the truck as well as returning the truck. the clerk was awesome and very helpful!!!!!!
Kelly FThis is not an easy process at these out locations. I believe someone needs to be there to help people with your U-Haul app on their phone. It is not a user friendly site and is very complicated and frustrating for people that are not computer literate.
