No one was there when we returned the truck. I did not receive an e-mail stating that they saw that it was returned, either.

REKHA VSnow was not removed so accessibility was difficult. Not fault of the hosts, but we could not make the photo load on my phone work. That was frustrating.
BILL AMake the online process more clear. I set up the reservation to pick up in Sauk Centre and the drop off in Glenwood, and suddenly, Uhaul would not let me do that.
