Robert hPicked up the truck and about 2 blocks out of the lot found out one of the inner tires was blown. For the amount of damage it had to have been bad for a while. Customer service took 20 minutes to answer. Took the roadside assistance almost 2 hours to get to us AND they didn’t have a new tire! Ended up waiting another hour for the new tire. Never working with this company again!
Mary GOnly problem I had was bouncing the trailer was doing do to the kind of tires it had. Other than that great did what it was intended for.

Tony MThe truck I rented doesn't technically fit a king size bed. I was quoted .40 cents for each mile I went over, then charged $1 instead.

Shawn MI had a bit of trouble with the app at check-in (turns out my location services for the app were off). The staff was super-friendly and had me on my way quickly. Highly recommend this location! PS: I was able to do the return process on my phone.

Dennis RI had to call another Uhaul to get help hooking up the trailer. The lady that did my check-in was good but said she didn’t have anyone to hook-up the trailer and asked if I had help.

JASON HThe location was fine, BUT I paid extra for a guaranteed closer to me only to have it changed in the last few days. What is the good of a guaranteed pickup that really isn’t it is misleading.
linda pWhile they should have had the specs on this order, they forgot some items (Blankets) and a hand truck and had to put in while I was there instead of having ready for me before I got there.

Dodie Lyour app for returns sucks never could git it too work for the return I dont have a smart phone my wife does and still could not make it work took over an hour we just gave up on the app call the 800 number what a wast of time. Hope i never hafe too do this again.

Maurice KThe truck we received was in terrible shape mechanically. The vehicle should have never been rented for a long-distance move. The truck was unable to be steered straight without holding the steering wheel at a 7/1 position, versus the typical 9/3 position. The tires were bald, with one of the tires blowing out at 75 MPH, This was an unacceptable shape for a long-distance move.

Devyn DWhy was this location chosen for me - it was so far from my home and in the end they charged ME for extra mileage- when I got to the site I had no emails to help me get the truck so for the 4th time had to sit on hold 20-30 minuets just to figure it all out.
