Couldn't get the mobile return to work on the app. After a LONG DAY of heavy moving I was tired and had to call customer service at 11 at night. Chris from customer service was AMAZING and helped me through it as I am not so good with technology. Thank you all!
CHRISTOPHER HThey made a mistake and charged me something they shouldn't have. Now they say they'll return the money to me, but they haven't returned anything. The person who helped me had no experience and didn't know what they were doing.

CHARLIE CThis location is inside a vape shop. I waited until the associate completed a translocation with a vape customer. Then he got to me. He checked the unit in but told me I would have to wait until he helped the next vape store customer before he could inspect the unit. I found this to be unprofessional and I felt as if my time was not valued. He should have completed my return before helping someone else.
