I originally had my reservation booked at a different location. However, I was offered a discount on the mileage if I agreed to pick up the vehicle from an alternate location and use the app for both pickup and drop-off. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues. The truck did not have a lockbox for the key, which required me to obtain the key from the gas station attendant. Additionally, I had reserved two dollies with the truck, but they were not included. As a result, I had to drive to the original location to collect them. Overall, the experience was far from smooth. To add to my concerns, I later received my invoice and noticed that I was overcharged for mileage. I am quite dissatisfied with this experience.
Wahida BThe work you have to do to rent a truck is beyond belief. All the pictures you have to send in initially and afterwards is crazy. The customer does all the work and it takes 45 minutes to fill out all the paperwork. I had to be connected to 3 different operators before I could rent the truck. I will think twice before I rent again. Additionally, one moment my phone says the final cost is $110 and next thing I know I am being billed for $130. I have not even received a bill showing me the breakdown and why it is higher. Your company has gone too far in expecting the customer to do all the paperwork to sign out a truck. The guy at the location said that they have a choice of doing absolutely no paperwork and it is up the customer to book the vehicle on the phone thus providing me with no help what so ever. Not everyone is internet Savy.
