There was no one on-site when I picked up the van or when I dropped it off. The van I ordered had a lock on the rear door which would not come off so I had to take a larger truck. There were no keys in the second truck I was offered, so I took the last truck they had. I wasted at least 20 minutes before getting the third truck. The air conditioning on the truck gave out after about 1 hour on the road. I would not use that location again.
