There was less gas in the van than what was indicated and after i had told the lady she just said id tell uhaul, i did like 25klms and put 20$ gas into the truck to not face additional fees. The van was so dirty bird poo all over the window and van was so dirty. I wont rent from this location or u haul again. They dont seem to care or take any responsibility
Charles BMake sure what's requested is provided to the customer. I requested a dolly to assist with my move and ir was not provided.
TRICIA OVehicle has lot of things to repair. Engine light ON. Very important is there is not designated parking and that plaza is always rush. Had to wait a lot for parking. Not a good location for Uhaul. Convenience store employees are good, it's just the vehicle and location is not satisfactory.
ARBAZ KI took the uhaul for full day. Returned in just couple hours. Even after my estimate being $59. My card is charged $115. I am charged $33 for the fuel where as I only drove for 18miles.
