The lady at the location basically kicked me out the location and told me to contact customer service. She could have made the connection and spoken to a supervisor. Instead I spent the next two days back and forth between the location and customer service

The trunk was not clean, but that was fine for our needs. We booked the van very late at night and picked it up very early in the morning, so it could have been the timing.
