Better customer service
GURVIR BDon't let the client reserve/rent equipment that the place doesn't have. I didn't have blankets or the furniture dolly I had reserved. That's fine as long as I know ahead of time. The staff were nice but they were busy taking care of customers too. So everything took longer. The hours were long at the shop so that was positive (and on a sunday). You park the vehicles very tight in a spot where other traffic from a fast food is coming. There has got to be a better spot.
MARJOLAINE FThe lady at the location basically kicked me out the location and told me to contact customer service. She could have made the connection and spoken to a supervisor. Instead I spent the next two days back and forth between the location and customer service
JUSTIN SThe trunk was not clean, but that was fine for our needs. We booked the van very late at night and picked it up very early in the morning, so it could have been the timing.
