If someone has to travel to another area far away from where they live or need the vehicle, you should offer some kind of a discount to accommodate for them having to travel so far.

Justin NHave the clerk arrive on time (she was 25 minutes late), make sure that the van is maintained (the check tire light came on as soon as I started the engine) and make sure that the clerk can read a fuel gauge (I was charged for fuel when I had filled the vehicle to a higher level than when I had picked it up)
