Jonathan and Sherry were great to work with. They were both professional, kind and understanding of our needs, in a precarious situation. They handled us with care. The bed of the van was retuned cleaner than I picked it up. The picture taking is tedious and doesn’t always work. If it doesn’t, your only option it to exit and you lose all of your pics. Need a better solution, because you can’t predict where the vehicle will be parked.

I especially want to call-out Johnathan who was managing the facility on Sunday November 30th, 2025. He not only took care of checking-in my truck rental, but he made me feel very comfortable and 'at-home' while I drank a coffee before walking home.
