Initially wanted to charge me for the unclean condition of the cab and the fact that it still smelled of cigarettes from the previous user, but agreed to wave the charges when I explained that it was in that condition when I picked it up. Called a regional office to try to get charges for Dollie’s that I didn’t receive backed out of my but said he was unable to do this because my pick up point was different region than my drop off point..?? He provided me with a phone number I could call to submit a complaint to try getting the errant charges refunded,. It’s hardly worth the trouble but something I will remember before renting anything from U-Haul in the future….

The UI experience this time around was horrendous. I have rented uhaul before and had a seamless experience. When trying to pick up the vehicle, I had to do an extensive amount of verification had to reach out to contacts while it was late at night so that they could answer a call, confirming that I had added them as a contact also when trying to add pictures of the vehicle during my pre-inspection, I had to do it four separate times it was the photo would never upload, although I even had full signal. This led to a very prolonged process of gaining access to the vehicle drop off was smooth, but this makes me hesitant to use U-Haul again. I would rather go through Home Depot going forward.
KANWARBIR BDrivers side door would not shut completely causing both a safety hazard and a very loud ride. I would like to request a credit for the poor condition of the vehicle
