Someone should double check the trucks before sending back out. A tire pressure sensor was not working so the low pressure light was on the entire trip.

Although I made a pickup reservation for this location, I was re-directed to a remote unattended location to pick up the truck. It did not have the dolly and hand truck or blankets I had reserved. The lock box instructions were unclear, the key was eventually discovered in the key return box.
Victor WI had to call to get the code for the lock and the same happened to another person when I was dropping off. App is slow to load.
Phillip WTrouble locating the place. Was expecting a traditional UHaul location. Customer service person who I spoke with regarding my location change did not mention I would be checking out the truck all on my phone and no one would be there to assist
