Although I made a pickup reservation for this location, I was re-directed to a remote unattended location to pick up the truck. It did not have the dolly and hand truck or blankets I had reserved. The lock box instructions were unclear, the key was eventually discovered in the key return box.

I had to call to get the code for the lock and the same happened to another person when I was dropping off. App is slow to load.
Phillip WTrouble locating the place. Was expecting a traditional UHaul location. Customer service person who I spoke with regarding my location change did not mention I would be checking out the truck all on my phone and no one would be there to assist

CORNELIA DHorrible expereince. Waited in the heat for over 30 minutes trying to get into the vehicle. The pre-call was not informative, there was no mention of needing to complete paperwork online. The site did not have anyone working and it took 30 minutes to reach someone and it was combative once I did. I would not recommend this experience. I specifically went to one of Arizona's largest facilities, then was moved to another facility to pick up the vehicle. I thought it would be seamless but the location i was moved to was awful. Additionally, I was promised $81 off my transaction, then the regional manager assured me this. I said I wanted an additional $200 off the price and was promised that the team would "open it in their system, but it's another group" to which I said "will I be sent a tracking number so I know that it was submitted?" and they replied yes. Not only did I get charged the full amount, but I also never received the promised case for an additional $200 off. This was a lie and I feel like that really stepped over the line for me.
