The app was horrible. Took over an hour to complete the pick up. To many technical difficulties and had to call customer service. Customer service was extremely helpful and was able to get me into the truck within minutes.

There were NO personnel this was a self service drop location. Terrible. App was slow, dropped me twice, I’d NEVER use such a site again. Only use a store where people check you in.
Paul MAfter having my truck switched twice due to lack of trucks and settling for a smaller one, the only piece of moving equipment I needed (the dolly) was not present in the truck. In the cab there was also someone’s dior bag full of condoms that was sitting on the floor. I’d probably go somewhere else next time.
Veronica HI could not access the truck via the lock. There isn’t a number clearly posted to call. I finally talked to someone after they called my husband to verify me and he had the phone number.
Heather AI would have preferred to go to the very nearby U-Haul location rather than this location that was in the middle of an apartment complex. We had to stop by the U-Haul location because the blankets we requested were not in the truck.
