RACHEL WThere was a problem with the app allowing me to let my purchase go through. It would up charging my credit card 8 times. The manager I dealt with at the location was rude, accusatory, unhelpful, and completely apathetic about the situation. I wound up not getting the van I reserved and had to rent a more expensive truck. I do not recommend this location at all.
