I reserved my cargo van for a 10:00 a.m. pickup and intentionally built in a one-hour buffer before my movers arrived at 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the previous renter returned the van nearly two hours late, which completely derailed my moving schedule and added a significant amount of unnecessary stress to an already demanding day. To make matters worse, I was never contacted in advance to let me know my truck would be delayed. Because of the delay, I lost nearly half of the time I had already paid professional movers for and ultimately had to make an additional trip myself, doubling my mileage and extending the move well beyond what should have been necessary. While I appreciate the $50 courtesy credit, it does not come close to covering the additional costs I incurred from paying movers for time I couldn't fully use due to a problem that was entirely outside of my control. I expected much better communication, planning, and accountability from U-Haul.

Robin LI showed up to the location. No one was there to give me the keys. I waited for over half an hour. There was a sign that the employee was out to lunch despite me having a reservation. I do not recommend.
