Leroy and his partner is absolutely adorable. He was very personable and kind. He went way out of his way to accomodate us. He gave us clear directions during the process. I highly recommend Leroy. Now, the truck was old and the transmission is on its last leg. UHaul really needs to buy some new equipment!

ARCHIE CEverything was great.
BRANNON MI went over time by 2-3 hours and they charged me a full day even though i had to wait and return to pick up bc the system was down. I thought they would be more customer friendly.
