Was speaking in a foreign language on phone whole time I was there then told me I had to pay extra. Did not want to listen to my explanation and was rude about it. Eventually I spoke to the customer service representative on speaker phone and explained the situation. The customer service representative understood and took care of the issue. The local store person initially still wanted to charge us but finally listened to the UHaul person on the phone. We will not use this as a drop off location in the future.

Never will I use your company again don’t know what I’m charged and I get a truck under half a tank and when I brought it back I only used an eighth of a tank and they charged me for a full tank and still no idea what I’m paying.its just not a good way to do business
MARILYN PElectrical wire was working at delivery but after a day stop working, after inspection, realized that the equipment was poorly maintained, modt likely no inspection after drop.off from the previous user. Also no help from Uhaul and waste alot of time on the phone with them, had to take care of the fixing my self.
ALAIN GWould be great if there were some sort of tie downs/straps to hold tall items to the wall.
Michael WIt would be helpful to have smaller trucks available. We only wanted a 20' truck but ended up being offered 26' for same price which was nice but too big for whatever actually needed to move.
