I like Sandra at Shop Boyz Wrecker Service. I wanted a 24' truck and she didn't have it, so she made a reservation at Odds & Ends on Citizens Parkway in Selma. That lady at Odds & Ends needs her privilege of renting U- Hauls taken away. My reservation got swapped to a place in Prattville and I didn't know it until the morning I was to pick it up. He tried to call Odds & Ends and they wouldn't answer the phone. I ended up going back to Shop Boyz and renting a 20'. Very disappointed with the way U-Haul operates.
