The drop off location was at a U-Haul shop in a field. We let the service agent know we were dropping it off. She checked it off on her computer and we unhooked the trailer ourselves. Quick and efficient for a dropoff.

I was over charged. One charge for $117 was deducted from my account twice. I was never told had a return date or that I would be charged a late charge if not returned the next day. I was I only told that the daily charge was $49.99 and that mi
Tina YMy tow trailer had one real bad tire on it cause my 6 hours trip to be rough riding to my destination and back
Carl JI dropped the trailer off, nobody was present. The area is in a bad spot and they need more security cameras. Felt very uncomfortable leaving a trailer there, without locks and without much security. Took several pictures.
RYAN CThis whole experience started off BAD with the location in Tuscaloosa canceling my reservation that I had made 4 days earlier and had confirmed the night before by loading images of my driver's license. When I received a TxT about it the day of, I called within 20mins of the TxT only for the gentleman to tell me he had canceled my reservation and there were NO trucks available. Then when taking to dispatch they only had a Truck 25miles North of Tuscaloosa and I ask about the fact that I was in route to Tuscaloosa coming from Mongomery area that's how I got the truck in Selma. Now let's talk about the truck and trailer, I got a truck with over 100000 miles on it and a trailer that ended up having a blow-out and one tire that was leaking air, but the roadside assistance person didn't tell ChiefCornerstone to bring but one tire so everytime I stopped for gas I had to check the leaking tire. Now about the truck with 108000 miles on it was Hard to shift in reverse, hard to take the key out after turning the truck off, the breaks were hard to keep it still while hooking up the trailer, the engine revved high each time you started it, the parking brakes didn't hold, I drove through rain getting to Texas and some of my stuff got wet ( guess there is a roof leak) and things by the back door have rust spots all over them from the rain blowing back in on the rusty springs for the back door and spraying all over my things. When back to Tuscaloosa with the truck from Selma I drove by the location on Skyland Blvd and there was no less than 6 trucks like the one that I was supposed to pick-up at that location, when I went in and ask about it the young lady working was Very apologetic and said she was sorry about the mix up I ask here could I at least swap to a Newer Truck that didn't have so many miles on it since I was driving so far and she first said Yes so I went out to get my wallet and phone out of the truck upon returning she said she was sorry but Dispatch wouldn't let here swap because one of the trucks had a reservation for Friday afternoon and the other one for Saturday morning, this was Thursday night!!! The Whole experience has been Horrible !!! O' and when I had originally booked the truck Sunday Nov. 3rd, I was given a Price of $609.00 (Truck&Trailer) when I went to pick-up the Truck & Trailer in Selma it was $692.00 ( I know that these ae not the exact amounts, but it did go up by $90.00 for me to be inconvenienced)
