The drop off location was great. A person was there, and she did all of the work for me as far as returning the truck.

Lee JIf I wasn’t present when they showed up my reservation would have gone to a different person. The person it was going to go to was basically giving word from the owners of the shop that they can have it. So they either ignored my reservation request or didn’t see it at all. There seems to be some kind of disconnect between U-Haul and its outlets. The shop did honor my reservation over all, which I commend them for. My experience with them was very good. Redone for the three star is because the interior of the vehicle was full of dirt, food scrap and cigar wrap papers. The windshield also leaked water.
