The truck was great and nearly brand new. There is nobody inside the location to help with a truck rental. The pick up and drop off had to be online and there is extremely poor phone reception that consumed a great deal of time.
Christopher JWorst UHaul location ever. Truck was empty on gas and all rented items were not in the back. Owner was the exact opposite of helpful. Cell phone dead area so app doesn’t work well there.
Shawn VThe location and set up was fine, it’s just that there is very poor cell coverage there and U-Haul has you take and upload a lot of pictures through the check in and check out process and it takes a very long time for these pictures to upload.
DAVID KTruck was not checked in properly before rental, as admitted by location. mileage was incorrect. Was told gas was at 3/4 but when I picked it up gas was at 1/2. Location didn’t care when I told them about this. Truck needed an alignment and brakes pulsated terribly. Ratcheting mechanism on trailer straps was almost unusable. Location also didn’t dispatch trailer until I had already dropped the equipment off. Very bad experience very unsatisfied for price of rental.
