What made this trip especially hard was the only representative for doing in store key pick up could not be there before 2 pm. I was on the phone for over an hour with a representative from U-Haul, and they did an excellent job getting me a new vehicle rental for the same price as the previous. Mo from the phone was incredible. While the location could have been better, the phone service was amazing.

DAVID RThe truck was great and nearly brand new. There is nobody inside the location to help with a truck rental. The pick up and drop off had to be online and there is extremely poor phone reception that consumed a great deal of time.
