Drop off was awful. Someone needs to be there when dropping off rentals for help. The lady in the store was not helpful at all and self drop off is not helpful at all if you have someone older that's trying to retun something or if the person don't have a cell phone. Luckily I had a cell phone and was not older.

What made this trip especially hard was the only representative for doing in store key pick up could not be there before 2 pm. I was on the phone for over an hour with a representative from U-Haul, and they did an excellent job getting me a new vehicle rental for the same price as the previous. Mo from the phone was incredible. While the location could have been better, the phone service was amazing.
