I was told I was to receive a discount and they ended up charging me for two days and they said there was nothing they could do after they charge the card terrible service

There were no instructions prior to picking up the vehicle. Found a number and someone walked me thru it. I ordered a 20' truck and was not informed until I called that only 15' trucks were available. Also, on return I took all pictures but the exterior wouldn't load. Not a pleasant experience.
