While the U-Haul its self and the equipment were great, the customer service was anything but. Tony from Pendleton was wanting me to drive over 30 minutes to drop off my U-Haul at a completely different location just to make his job easier at the expense of my time. Only offering to “cover any mile overage” is not worth an hour of my time. I would also like to add that at the time of my turn in at the location I picked to begin with I was 20 miles UNDER. I also received a call from the Seneca storage partners location, 2 hours after Tony from Pendleton called, asking when I would return the U-Haul. The U-Haul was not expected to be there until 7:45am tomorrow! I still had the truck for 15 hours!! If I’m going to be rushed I rather pick a different truck service for my future needs.

None of the equipment I paid for was included. Still trying to figure out who to contact to get a refund. The number provided goes straight to voicemail. I was given a gate code to access the truck and the gate wouldn’t open. Had to call a different office to remotely open the gate. Not to mention I booked the uhaul for pickup in Clemson, SC and on the last day it was moved 35 minutes away in Seneca SC. Then all the dollies and blankets I paid for was not included. I need a refund. 0 out of 10 experience will never recommend.
