I would say first of all, clearly communicating when a location will be closed and not scheduling you to pick up a reservation would be great. Next I would have to say, when picking up a reservation, it should come with the extra equipment you paid for. 10/10 would not recommend. Customer service is an absolute joke when you tell them your concerns. So if you do rent and experience issues, which you most certainly will, don't expect any help from them.

FYI, return place was a gas station, with equipment parked in rear. So it was a little confusing if I had the correct place. However, the lady inside the gas station was very helpful and understanding.
Floyd CThe folks at this location are nice but we don't think they really know how to use your software. It seemed like they took our online request and totally asked us for all of the same information. Once I received the invoice, I questioned the amounts and they really couldn't explain why everything was double of my original quote. The truck wasn't overly clean but passable. Upon return, they took the keys but didn't check in the truck. So when they did check in the truck and send us the receipt, the return time was wrong and they charged us for an extra day. Thankfully, the customer service personnel I spoke with on your 1-800 number were awesome and they helped correct the invoice and process my refund.
Sandi BThis is the third or forth time I’ve used uhaul in the past month or so. Every time they have overcharged me for something. I will never ever use uhaul again. And I will tell everyone I know that it’s a rip off.
JOHNNY REverything was outstanding except the Uhaul app. Needs some work. The truck, location and agent did an outstanding job.
