I don't know if it's because they're new to U-Haul rentals, but the place is really poor and there isn't much equipment available for rent.

La plainte concerne l'état du camion car un problème d'infiltration d'eau a été découvert au courant du trajet et plusieurs de nos biens ont été endommagés par une quantité excessive d'eau dans le camion.
Francis MNot the proper location drop off. Needs to be updated. I brought it to the location and there were none whatsoever uhauls parked in their parking lot while just down the road thé was another place that were filled with U-Haul trailers and an actual building u haul. Taya BSept-Îles location and their customer service is horrible. They have no clue what they're doing. I checked-in before getting there and it still took 1,5 hour. We finally had to leave with the wrong trailer and call the central service. We might be buying a trailer instead of going through this again.
