Follow your inventory and do not offer to go get a moving truck 14hours away from my house. I found that was very poor from your part . I lived in septiles and i would have to go get in in newfoundland a nonsense. And also customer service is bad the 24 hour call before the rental was like 12hours before and in the wrong province to get the truck

Je demeure à Sept-Îles et le bureau de location de Sept-Îles est fermé, donc le service est à Port Cartier à 1h30 de route aller-retour de Sept-Îles. J'ai donc dû louer le trailer la veille, manquer du travail, faire Sept-Îles Port Cartier aller-retour. Repartir le lendemain matin pour Chicoutimi puis revenir à Sept-Îles pour décharger le trailer et refaire un aller-retour à port Cartier pour retourner le porter. Ça ne fait aucun sens. En plus pour me sauver du temps je m'étais pré-enregistré mais en arrivant à Port Cartier la personne en charge de la location ne savait même pas que j'arrivais et était absent partie à la pêche, j'ai dû attendre 15 minutes qu'il revienne. Une chance que le trailer lui-même roule bien
Pierre DNous avons dû faire des réparations sur la couette de fil avant l'utilisation du trailer. Des connections ne fonctionnaient pas.
