Charged me a cleaning fee when they're driveway is covered in mud, and then told me I Wouldn't be charged a late fee/another day even though I had the uhaul for 6 hours... very dissatisfied

cody wThis location charged me 44 more dollars for the same equipment I previously rented two weeks prior then the 29 something I paid in Mabank. Why is that? How on earth are the prices so different . In fact the U-Haul in Frisco charged us 39 and that was because we did a walk in and they called it a booking charge I believe. So nope only rented with them cause the trailer was needed and no other option. On a most important note the gentleman was very kind and polite.
