Had great inventory of equipment which was the only positive. Staff could use work. Specifically the girl who was running the small store and gas station. The guy from the back came out to help me with attaching the trailer at my request and he was great.

There was some mud or dirt that smelled bad on the inside of the trailer. One of the rear tail lights did not work and a couple of the marker lights also did not work. Overall it was safe just needed some repairs and to be cleaned.

KEVIN PI was happy with the service overall until I was charged way more because of a "wrong location" drop off fee. I discussed with the store that I will be dropping it off in Georgia and they said it was fine. I was then sent a $300 charge. It is currently in dispute. Once resolved, I can change my review.
