Waited an hour to pick up a rental I had reserved on the app. There was a warning saying low tire pressure and the gentleman behind the counter told me not to worry about it and that the sensor was broken. He refused to look at it or help. I took screenshots of the ossue and had to find a place to fill tire. Turns out it was 41 out of 80 and sensor wasnt broken. Had to drive from york pa to lewes delaware not knowing if the tire had a leak or if it would pop. Also charged wrong rate. Was on the phone with 6 different people that totaled several hours. NEVER AGAIN.

It snowed all day on Saturday and stopped in the night sometime, however on Sunday, every single UHaul in that Carroll Mart parking lot was covered with snow and it was past 11am - there was no scraper or brush available for me to remove it - I had to use my own. The lot itself was also not salted or shoveled/plowed so I had to very carefully drive through it to get to the street once I started the UHaul. I had to walk through it too, thanks for the wet socks. If it was actively snowing I might have felt differently, but it had been clear and the sun was out for hours at this point. If you're going to offer a service, it needs to be on par with what that service is *supposed* to look like. I also asked to pick this up at Storage Sense which was *right* next to my apartment, and there *were* 15' trucks at the storage sense, so I really don't understand why my pickup location was moved to somewhere miles away from me. This happens regularly with UHaul, and it was extremely inconvenient. I would have rather had my pickup location switched to the actual UHaul on Roosevelt Ave. If you're going to change my preferred pickup location, make it one that is *just* a UHaul, not a random neighborhood dealer. These neighborhood dealers are often half removed from the process, and as a young lady it feels sketchy/risky going to these random locations.
Jayden AdamskiNothing. Everything was fine.
