We were disappointed that our pick-up location was changed to a location further away, but everyone there was nice and we had a good pick-up experience.

Customer service here was EXCELLENT! Very helpful in answering all my questions about the rental and contract and in helping get the car loaded onto the Dolly. Thank you! The U-Haul website needs to be more user friendly. When I tried to look up my reservation it did not include the type of vehicle I had reserved. The only information my order gave me was the dates I reserved, the pick-up & drop off locations and that was it. I could not find how much it was going to cost nor what type of truck or dolly I had reserved. It just said "vehicles".

The attendant wasn't necessarily a friendly person. He seemed very off and he offended my wife and I with his mannerisms and the manner in which he greeted us.

The truck didn't run well. It was scary to drive. It shook and idled too hard. It sounded like it was going to die while driving. Feeling lucky that I survived.

It would be good if customers could start the self serve option more than 10 minutes before the official reservation time. First-time renters are likely going to need at least twice as long to figure out the process. Otherwise it's not a bad system.

I had to walk the lot to find my truck and return to the offi to ask questions on the features of the truck. When I've rented before from the Apple Valley, MN location, the truck is pulled up and a customer service rep walks me to the truck to make sure I'm comfortable with everything.

I found the cargo area floor was dirty. Otherwise everything was excellent. I had swept out the cargo area so I wouldn't get my items dirty.

Trailer lighting adapters should be free. I have no need now for the one that I purchased.

Spend more time with the customer and train then how to use the trailer and hitch. The transmission pan was also loose which caused a breakdown with the hot weather in the desert.

I was told to go to a location 45 minutes away from my house specifically to pick up a 10' Uhaul truck. There was no 10' Uhaul truck and I was involuntarily "upgraded" to a 15' truck. Since I was parking this in Manhattan, I did not want a truck this big.

Steering wheel starting to flake apart. Recommend a steering wheel cover for the gmc 26'.

It took 30 minutes to pick up a trailer that was already completed online. There were multiple issues, first when I walked in no one acknowledged presence and it took over 10 minutes before finishing with the previous customer. Second, I declined insurance on the online reservation, but he told me I had selected it. So he had to void and start over. I am sitting there while he clicks the mouse button over and over again. Third, he finally hits print and the system doesn't print the entire package so he had to start over. He then complained that the system was changed overnight and no one told him. Finally he prints and has me sign. From that moment forward my experience was great. He helped attach the trailer and drop off was very easy. Main issues that I saw: 1) He was the only employee at store open 2) He either was not good with technology or the systems really were not good 3) why does he have to do anything but let me sign for a trailer that was already reserved online? U-haul needs a major overhaul to their checkout system or training. 4) a customer should always be acknowledged when they walk through the door. Give a estimated wait time, etc. very poor customer experience. Thanks, Eric
