LEE CThe truck had something wrong with the engine as well as low tire pressure. Uhaul overcharged me for miles I didn't drive. Also the fuel gauge was less than the contract stated. I took a picture. I am pursuing legal action, I want a refund of the overage charges to my credit card. Also they did not update my phone number therefore I did not receive a verification text, I was just given the keys and told where the vehicle was.
DEBRA RMy reservation was @ 9:30 gentleman didn’t get there till almost 10:00. People were waiting. Very unprofessional. Handed me my keys got in his car and left the premises. Back of van was dirty w/ dirt. Mileage didn’t match when I entered in the app. I paid $100 and found out later it was only for 3 hours. Called the 1 800 number to uhaul to explain what went on and was told return it or be charged again. Then the place try to charge me extra for gas and extra mileage. I put gas in before return. I called again and made a complaint w/ a lady named Valerie who was very helpful with the report. Will never go here again!!!!!!
