How U-Haul Reviews Work1st time ever rented UHaul. I know these trucks go from place to place. Truck was fine for the most part, It definitely wasn't running at top efficiency...I'm very gentle with everything I own, so I tried to treat it like a princess. *The only thing I was a little confused about was that the 1st time I signed up, I was able to choose a drop off location I really wanted. Then I had to pick another drop off location. And finally, the day I picked up the truck the drop off location changed again. But UHaul did a nice job with the rental service over all.

Melisa JGreat operators here. The location is conveniently located right on the highway (Chester Pike). They have night hours which I believe should be 10 or 11pm so that was pretty very good for me.
