LEE CThe U Haul rental is part of a tire shop. The trucks are parked on the street off Chester Pike which is very busy. We had reserved a trailer for a car. After hooking up the trailer, the person realized that the trailer was not useable and we had to take it off, find another location that was 8 miles down the road. It added an hour delay to our trip.
FARIDA HYou are charging me for extra mileage when you made me pick the truck up in a location other than what I reserved. I also had to avoid overpasses to not damage the truck so I had to go extra mileage. Extremely disappointing. I filled up the gas tank even beyond what was required. Will never use U-Haul again.
